We do not collect or store the content of your replies to the weekly emails.

• To send you the weekly check-in email every Friday (if confirmed).
• To send confirmation emails for subscription requests made via the website.
• To process your unsubscription requests (whether initiated via the website or the email link).

• When you unsubscribe, your active subscription data is deleted from our database. Your email may temporarily remain in system logs (e.g., for security) for a limited period before automatic deletion.
